Reina SPA & Massage
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of massage services by Reina SPA & Massage (hereinafter referred to as the “Salon”).
1.2. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Salon premises and on the website.
1.3. Using the Salon’s services constitutes confirmation that the Client has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. The Salon provides non-medical relaxation massage services.
2.1. Services may be used only by persons who are at least 18 years of age.
2.2. The Client is required to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment.
2.3. In the event of delay, the duration of the treatment may be shortened without reduction of the price.
2.4. The Salon reserves the right to refuse service in the event of:
a) medical contraindications,
b) being under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
c) inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
3.1. Before the first visit, the Client is required to complete a “Client Card” and provide accurate information regarding their health condition.
3.2. The Client is fully responsible for providing false, incomplete, or misleading information.
3.3. The Salon shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from the Client’s failure to disclose their actual health condition.
4.1. Services are provided in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
4.2. Disposable or properly disinfected materials are used during treatments.
4.3. The Client is required to maintain proper personal hygiene before the treatment.
5.1. The following are strictly prohibited within the Salon:
a) initiating sexual contact,
b) making erotic proposals or engaging in sexually explicit conversations,
c) aggressive behavior toward staff.
5.2. In the event of violation of the above rules:
– the treatment will be immediately terminated,
– the Client must leave the premises immediately,
– payment for the service is non-refundable.
5.3. The Salon reserves the right to refuse future services to Clients who violate these rules.
6.1. The current price list is available at the Salon and on the website.
6.2. Payment must be made immediately after the service is performed.
6.3. The Salon does not conduct distance sales or accept online payments.
7.1. The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the quality of the provided service.
7.2. Complaints may be submitted:
a) in writing at the Salon premises,
b) by email to the address provided on the website.
7.3. A complaint should include the Client’s details and a description of the issue.
7.4. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
7.5. Complaints are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
8.1. Clients are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
8.2. The Salon shall not be liable for items left unattended, except as provided by applicable law.
9.1. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
9.2. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication.
